PLEASE take a look at the covenants in which bind your property. Take them seriously! The Board will enforce the covenants in 2012. You don’t want a violation notice appearing in your mailbox with a fine attached.
2012 Fines:
1st Offense Up to $100
2ndOffense Up to $200
3rd Offense Up to $300
Continuous violations may result in an additional $50 daily fine.
